Premium Steak Box

Two tenderloins, two ribeyes, two New York striploins and two sirloins, plus a pound of sausage or burger patties and four pounds of ground beef. Every steak the animal has to give, in one box. Most people pick a cut and spend the rest of the year wondering about the others: this settles it. It's the box for a birthday, an anniversary, or the weekend the in-laws come. We only get so many of these per animal, so it goes when it goes.
